About the space

The Wine Barrel is ideal for small buffet style events such as happy hours, showers, birthday parties, meet and greets, and tasting events.

What is the maximum capacity for my event?

Our small event space works best for a guest count of 40 people and under.

What does the physical space have to offer?

The Wine Barrel is a retail store that was designed with tasting events and small parties in mind. Within the space – A small bar equipped with bar stools and a large dining table. Fold out tables draped with black table cloths are also available for use. There is plenty of space within the store to move around and mingle.

Will my event be private?

Normal retail business hours are from 11am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 11am-8pm Friday-Saturday & 12pm-5pm on Sundays. If you wish to have your event during normal business hours the event will be semi-private with very little disruption from regular customers. If you wish to have a private event you may do so after our normal operating hours.

Are there special event themes?

Yes! We specialize in wine tasting events and can offer a variety of ideas to make your event more interactive for guests.

Is there an event space fee?

Yes. The fee is determined by the amount of guests and the length of the event.

Food & Beverage


Can I bring my own beverages?

All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Wine Barrel and will be included in the price of your event. Looking for something other than wine to serve for your event? No problem, we carry more than just wine in our shop.

If you’re looking for something specific let us know and we’ll be happy to let you know if we can fulfill your requests.

Can I bring my own food?

We’ll help you determine the food menu with some of our preferred menu options. We’ll do our best to accommodate any specific requests. Food cost will be added to the total bill. Allowance of bringing food from home or another off-site location is determined on a case by case basis.

Staffing and set up

A staff member will be assigned to assist with the event; this includes event set up, facilitating the the event and cleanup. We’ll provide the basics for food and beverage- Tasting glasses, utensils, napkins, and plates. A staffing fee will be applied into the total cost of the event.
